Healthy Habits
We all have healthy habits to some degree. Personal hygiene, exercise, meditation, healthy meals, checking in with loved ones, and other aspects of daily life involve healthy habits. It’s the healthy habits we lack that make noticeable issues for us. What does “healthy habit” mean to you? How will you benefit from the changes you make? Change takes time and effort, but it’s absolutely manageable, and I’m here to help, guide at times, and support you through the process. If you need accountability, I’ll be here to get you started.
Three months. This includes nine hours of face-to-face coaching in person or on Zoom. We’ll meet for one hour for three consecutive weeks in a row, and then you continue on your own for a week. This implementation week on your own allows you time to discover your strengths and weaknesses and assess your next moves.
